- We are an Association that represents all Texas Baptist Churches Minister’s and Families that average 150 or less in Worship Serving over 4300 Texas Baptist Churches.
- We are an Affinity Group of the Baptist General Convention of Texas (BGCT)
- The President of this Association sits on the BGCT Executive Board and is a voting member
- Non-profit 501c3 organization
- We have been serving Texas Baptist Small Church Ministers, Families and Congregations for 33 years
- Offering Free Retreats to Ministers and their Families
- Provide Mentoring, Coaching and over all Ministry Assistance
- Meeting the Needs of Ministers and their Families
