Who we Are?
- We are an Association that represents all Texas Baptist Churches Minister’s and Families that average 150 or less in Worship Serving over 4300 Texas Baptist Churches.
- Affinity Group of the Baptist General Convention of Texas (BGCT)
- President sits on the BGCT Executive Board as a voting member (serving as your voice and advocate the Texas Baptist State Convention)
- Non-profit 501c3 organization
- Serving Small Church Ministers and Families since 1987
- Encouragement Retreats for Ministers and their Families
- Mentoring/Mediator and Encourager to both Minister & Church
- Assist Churches/Ministers in Minister Search
- Provide Multiple Ministry & Administration Assistance
